You know you remember this iconic commercial. It was one of those commercials when one company just decided to let loose go after their competition directly. Kia had some great ads yesterday. But their ads for the 2013 Model Year Optima were great also. They featured Blake Griffin of Oklahoma Sooner fame going back in time to teach himself some important lessons. In this commercial, the lesson was simple: less racing, more dunking. What do you wish you could go back and tell yourself?
We love it when someone makes a commercial that actually centers on the game itself. This commercial plays well to the actual fans of the two teams in the game. The last second, “Go Ravens” made a good commercial and made it even better. Finally, it gives men yet another reason never to do laundry. What did you think?
This is our new favorite. The question is universal. The answer is imaginative to say the least. And the comedy spot at the end is an example of absolute perfect timing. We think this has set the bar this year. Do you think it can be beat?

For the last several years, E*Trade commercials have been sure things. This years was not all that great in our opinion. Maybe the whole thing has just grown old. Maybe they boy is getting too old. Oprah helps Jeep give the troops some love. Seems like half-time is always the place for the tear-jerker. This is no exception. Who does it make you think of?
Coca-Cola usually has some of the greatest ads for the Superbowl. Remember “I ‘d like to teach the whole to sing?” How about the polar bears? We are not sure what this “Chase” ad is all about but I lost interest early. Hope they have something else for us in the second half. Are you as bummed as we are?
